Yep, quite right. In fact it’s not a fizzy drink at all, just spillage from “shaking hand syndrome” 😆

Yes they do as part of the standard membership, from memory it is only as stated, only advice, they will not take up individual legal cases. But, if enough members are having a similar problem and inform Retra they will certainly look more deeply and investigate alleged acts of unfairness etc on behalf of their members.

This seems to keep getting forgotten about so let’s get some definite figures, for now anyway.
Can anyone who wants a KMP4116 at £165 or a KMP4120 at £299/£309 please email me directly at dave_conway@btconnect.com and I’ll collate the quantities and sort it out from there for everyone.

Yes I tend to agree, I wouldn’t name him publicly though, leave that to the authorities. If he gets too heavy with you, remind him you have the backing of many of the UKW members (I speak for myself here, and would assume that many of the guys here feel the same) who would like to see the back of these types of people, as all they do is undermine the integrity of the whole industry.

ParticipantRe: Zannusi DW 907 dishwasher
Peter, there are four different sets of wheels fitted on you’re dishwasher, as follows:
Upper basket supports (mounted on the side inner wall) x 4 pairs £4.38 each
Upper basket runners (come complete, large white plastic unit) x 2 £11.45 each
Lower basket wheels are split as described by Zanussi: lower basket wheel £3.26 each, lower basket wheel right or left, both £3.26 each. No better description with regards quantity on the lower basket so please check how many of each type there are.
If you need to order any or all of these, please email me directly and I will then get things in motion for you.
Hope this helps.

One thing I forgot to mention, once you are in the live chat window you can’t navigate away as it will close the connection, which is why it is best to open a new window for chat only and keep the main site open for browsing.

ParticipantRe: Chitter Chatter
Don’t forget the live chat is available all day, every day. Ken and I are normally there all the time during the week, so if you have any questions you want answered quickly about the site or just fancy a quick chat, click on the “live chat” link on the navigation bar to the left 😀
To see the users already there, they will be listed on the right hand side, if you see “Lynchpin” that is Ken, no idea why though 😕 Thebot is just a little programme that keeps the chat alive if no-one is there. All the others are users of the site, and will be their log-in names, except I shortened mine to just Dave in there.
If you want to look around the site while chatting, hover you’re mouse pointer over the link, right click, then select open in a new window.
It does take a little while to load the irc chat, so hang on till it loads completely, it gets there eventually. Oh, and if you get a security warning, click on “yes”, it’s perfectly normal and safe.

lolly wrote:🙁 🙁 Well, after 2 engineers later it looks like my dishwasher has had it!
Before you dump it, it may be worth considering the repair to be honest. As you have already paid out for some parts and the MFI engineers call out, all you will have to pay for is the part. Bear in mind the cost of a replacement fully integrated dishwasher, upwards of £500 in most cases, plus installation charges, it may be more economically viable to have the repair done.
Plus it will prove that the PCB is definitely the culprit, these are never easy to 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} diagnose, even for the most experienced engineer. If it proves to be something else, you should not be expected to pay for the PCB.
