There are four versions of that appliance 00/01/02/03 if it is the inner top cavity inner door glass they are all the same 3490453010.
If however it is the outer glass there are two versions 3491050039 for 00/01/02 and 3491050179 for 03.

As it’s an exclusive to Howdens the only way to get one without opening an account with them would be to ask an existing account holder to get one on your’e behalf.
Must it be a Lamona as there are plenty of others out there 😉

It’s usually found on the right hand side upright of the oven cavity where the door shuts against it.
