Re: Second Hand Miele Washing Machine

I would expect the Bosch to last up to 8 years, so it would be time to toss a coin on this scenario.

    Hi

A ten year old Miele for about £150 will last a darn sight longer than a £200 new appliance.

    Hi

Miele W404 plus produced between 2003-04 5kg 1300 spin speed with honeycomb drum for enhanced fabric care.

Very well made appliance from the Miele stable, should be good for about 20 years. The cabinet should still look like almost new at that age. If the drum runs nice and smooth by hand and on fast spin then it’s probably worth a punt.

Just bear in mind that while you have a superbly built machine which is better than anything currently made it could still go wrong and Miele parts are not cheap.

Depends how much you are prepared to pay compared to the asking price.

Without him in the top half of the order we do look very light especially as Trott isn’t able to travel.

If we can’t beat the Windies we will need our bottoms kicked very hard.

    Hi Simon

Not sure if there any S.F. engineers on the forums but R600A repairs a lot of American refrigeration.

Probably best to start a new topic in the Trade Tech with the full details 😉

    Hi Jim

I have found this kit at Ransomes who say it is correct.

I just find it hard to believe that no one else has done it :rolls:

    Hi

The new microwave will come with it’s own trim kit.

You should be able to get one to replace the Zanussi although it may be worth easing the Zanussi forward so you can measure the height of the aperture this will help when choosing it’s replacement.

The reds of Southampton further cemented their position in the top half of the table with a fine win watched by Roy with all three England world cup hopefuls getting on the score sheet.

Still think we need a general at the back as we are frail to the high ball in from the wings.

Off to see Exeter U21 against the Clarets on Tuesday in the cup Q8 should be a good game.

    Hi

Can you recheck and post up the full ENR and FD number please as I can’t find any reference to it, these are usually found behind the salad bin on the left hand side wall.

Also can you recheck the appliance door sizes as well please.

    Hi

Take a look at Gorenje, just up from entry level with a two year warranty for the washer and oven.

The box fridge I would go for the Hotpoint RSAV21P.

    Hi Grant

No fuse listed on Partfinder. I would have thought it would be a 1.5A rated fuse in a cooker hood.

If it’s just a normal removable glass fuse, RS components, CPC or Maplins should be able to supply.
