No mention of any top left hinge. Either that one is reused by turning it over and refitting the pin if it unscrews or that model of appliance is not capable of hanging on the left side.
What does it say in the user manual about door reversal? Sometimes opposite hinges are supplied FOC with the appliance.

The only Siemens machine I can find similar to yours ends GB/01 if this is the one the explosion and parts list is here It looks like the hinge is made up of several components.To access the explosion click on spare parts list and diagrams button.
