Hi Simon I cannot think of a unit today like that Moulinex 😥 but I found this which may be of some help. RICA which is short for the Research Institute for Consumer Affairs who have printed reports omn domestic appliances for the disabled and elderly. They have done microwaves here Microwaves which might help.

Out of those two Tim I would definately go with the Whirlpool, good product and aftercare is available nationwide.
Another option could be the Maytag range for a quality machine see them here Maytag Hope this helps.

We’ve looked into brands like Bosch, Zanussi, Neff but the sales guy we spoke to in a shop doesn’t sound very convincingWhich best buy would you recommend ?
Thanks for your advices.
Gaetan
Could be the sales guy does`nt know about them and cannot source either.
Or as Dave says it`s a commission thing.
Go with the Neff or Bosch

A good choice. We saw these at the trade show earlier this year and have sold a couple too. Both customers have said ” how impressed they are with the brand”
They come well packaged and are easy for the installers too.
Hope this helps.

Excellent idea Chris. Bit of company on my rounds. 😀
Mike.Probably one of these required. http://tinyurl.com/e459l scroll down about halfway, too late as this one is already sold 😆 .
On a more serious note I have just sold a seperate washer and tumble dryer with a stack kit. The reason being that customer did not want a washer dryer for all the normal reasons, no under counter space for two machines but height for two.
Sorry guys.

ModeratorRe: Replacement Slimline Dishwasher – Recomendations?
Oh! one more thing…the silver/stainless fronted machines show all the fingermarks up beautifully. So you’ll be forever battling to keep it looking clean in a busy kitchen, therefore best stick to a white one I reckon 😉
A couple of coats of Johnsons baby oil applied liberally with cotton wool when first unpacked should do the trick then a top up coat about every four weeks. Got this one from a customer ” much better than all those thingy me bobs you can buy in the supermarket” 😀

ModeratorRe: Range Cooker Advice
Hi
The Siemens range as you know is always going to give a good build, offer a good selection of features and is backed up by a two year guarantee. The after sales service is also excellent.
As far as Smeg is concerned I only know their refrigeration range (however I`m sure someone will pop in soon and advise 😉 ).
I first saw the Lofra range at the annual trade show in March this year and even my wife ( who is not in this industry ) was very impressed by the build factor, style and price. They are a new brand to the UK from Italy where they account for over 30{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of their home market in cooking appliances. It`s really a time thing as to how they fare in the UK. We have sold a couple of these so far and we have had no problems and they are well packaged. The engineer who installed these was impressed by the ease of installation and the quality of the build.
Hope this helps in your`e decision making
