That Bosch is better than the Indesit and will last longer. The WAE series was without doubt the best and we still see quite a few for repair even now. The spare parts breakdown and parts list is here on the Bosch web site.

To make sure I would disconnect the hose and let the water run into a bucket to make sure the water is indeed cold.
That aside if it is a new machine I would call the retailer and get them to sort it out.

99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of all modern machines are cold fill only. Is the machine connected to the cold fill as it sounds it may be connected to the hot which would make the clothes shrink?
Is this a new machine? Where was it purchased from? Who installed the machine?

Could the Bush with it’s poor engineering be at the end of it’s life being noisy?
I think anything you replace it with will be better than the Bush!!

As a retailer this is not a practice I would condone.
If you ordered the appliance and paid for it before the phone call then a contract has been made. However there is this little thing where a retailer does not have to sell to you at the price shown as it is only an invitation to buy.
That said at £350.00 it is a very very good buy, I have just Googled the appliance and I cannot find it any cheaper. So you have a good deal 🙂
