We will need the photos which you can upload via the camera button displayed above the posting box. The make and model is also needed to identify any parts for you.

The appliance size is standard in the height and width. Can you post up the make and model number which is usually found behind the salad bins please. I can then point you in the right direction.Don
By looks of the manual here it’s via the auxiliary function. I see what you mean they don’t make it easy.

The products are good value for the price, Plastic backing has been around since refrigeration started out. Appliances built now will have a flame retardant back of some sort or other. If the appliance is installed correctly in accordance with any recommendations as listed in the manual everything should be okay.

There is the Hotpoint HBNF5517W or Beko CFG1582W for starters.
AO have a good search tool which I have loaded for you the results are here you need to filter out the 60cm width though.
