    Hi,
maybe this information can be helpful:
On condenser dryers and under certain operating conditions condensation process (humidity air) can generate water in the place between the fan and the electric heater.
Condensation is generated at a specific conditions – temperature difference between process air and the ambient temperature on the back heater cover.
After some drying cycles (water under the fan) operating fan pushing the water on the el. heater.
Consequently, there are main switc off-FI voltage protection.

    Hi,
Many times I was in a position that can not get original spare part.Problem solved so that I get any thermostat with approximate length of the capillary tube and switching on temperature from 3.5 to 4.5 degrees. Minimal switching off temperature should be from -8 to – 15 degrees.

    Hi John,
You probably do not have MEM programmer? If so start
the self diagnostic.Thereafter check if water heater leaks to earth.
If the resistance is less than 50 Mohm replace heater.
