ParticipantRe: Candy CMD146 Problem
Thanks for info.
Drum is noise free etc when spun without belt.
It is also very stable / quiet when on high speed rinse cycle.
The noise is only noticable when spun slowly.

Hi Bob,
Can you advise what the fix is?
The engineer is coming on Friday and I want to make sure he does more than just re-install the belt.

Some very wet towels when the belt came off this time so possibly overloading.
I am having difficulty to get the belt to stay on now so perhaps it has stretched.

ParticipantNot quite there.
Getting a small drip after the spinning cycle near filter. I have sealed the three hoses connected to the filter with Silicone.
Any ideas of the cause?
Thanks

ParticipantThanks for the help. Filter kit ordered.
I am hoping it is just the screw in plug that needs replacing.
If I need to replace the full kit, is it an easy job? I dont mind a bit of diy.
Thanks

Model number from door is N 37616562 0142 4087.
To the untrained eye, it looks like something a rubber gasket would fix. I appreciate its not always as it seems.
Thanks for the reply.

http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ge&pid=103You will need a test meter to test the element for resistance if there is no obvious damage.
Element is p/no 262180 – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering if required.
Power off first, of course.
Penguin45.
What could it be if the element is not faulty? Thanks
