the dreain heater is poss u/s and i think in theses they are not accesable as a spare part as with many of the same korean made units.

I havnt sen these around for years and as they were the same price as the now usa cabinets would guess that they are nolonger sent to uk.

I beleive that model has a dial based thermometer for the freezer.

So its either a thermostat or compressor on the fridge side.

If it 2004 would also recommend replacing front board as they both need to be the same colour label.

I think they need to be pink labels

System fault as reconised by pcb.

Could be a system fault but most likley sensor out of tolerance which would be unrepairable.

try the connector unit at the back what connects 6mm from wall.

Sometimes a bad connection this causes it to arc and it lose conductivity hence goes off.

As with the knob going up to five chances are that she has taken them off to clean and put them on wrong spindle.

If it is only a grill rather than top oven the is she shutting the door allowing the switch to operate to prevent over heating?

According to samsung the rs21 cost them a lot of money last year so the bulk must have been done last year.

I used to order by the tens of the panels but know see very few so much that I only keep 2 in at a time.

I dont think this will create that much of a stir but then a chargeable was a chargeable but not anymore.

But has samsung got a motive.

ie Fitting a sensor at the same time as the panel (SENSOR CAUSED FAULT) will they still reinburse customer?

there has been issues with some app6302 cutting out to early.
Both mfi and servis say there have been no changes in the design.
by changing the thermostat often doesnt stop the problem and this can only be down to insulation failure.
But trying a new thermostat is cheaper at this stage than a new fridge.

But then is it poss due to samsung leaving them why they have more people answering phones quicker and stores sending out spares quicker?

Its telling you from them fault diagnosis that there is a system fault.

    I quote

    Acoustic alarm BL2,TL6 & TL7 flashiong.

The alarm is activated if after compressor start up the evaporater sensor does not detect a temp decrease rom 4.5 to 0c within the set up time.
This time varies depending on the external sensor temp.
    TL3 & TL7 Refrigerator sensor faulty
    TL4 & TL7 Evaporater Sensor faulty
    TL5 & TL7 External sensor faulty

Like you say seems to be cooling ok

Personel view that most likley the evaporater sensor has lost it tolerance but ot enough to show the fault.

You could try checking the system which I have done in the past to find system running to spec.

Good old whirlpool to seal these sensors in so looks like a scrapper.

    Hopes this helps
