I went to a ise call…
Had such a disagreement with ken over a trashed washing machine and was told if he sent out another engineer he would order only a small amount of spares.
Then 2 more rejected calls for machine breakdowns
Hence he lost me as a agent for ISE and poss sales leads as appliance sales are coming….
Would a course have helped me?
Funny though the appliance was written off and not exchanged.

I had a call from them on Thursday…They told me they only bought the website…not being caught twice…but the its a women who is the director at company house so don’t know

Had a phone call today.
Customer a month ago you repaired our tumble dryer.
Lastnight the shower wouldnt turn off would this be down to the drier repair a month ago and could you come out to repair it.
This was at 2330…….

When I insurred i was asked how much hot works..Well its 1 in a hundred calls his terms was domestic appliance repairs with occasional hot works….insurance companies hate the word hot works…

if its like them machines wont be long for it breaks down and is sent to the scrap yard.
