    yes did read that at time but it leans more towards the canvas type which is not really what im after more the traditional plastic type but with a strap.

    she said in went to a solid end light bout 5 secs after pressing start as it would if door was open which made me think lock/pcb? machines going wrong so quickly out of gurantee now its a joke.

    i had one of these today really drives me nuts especially when no apology is offered do they really think we have nothing better to do?? has anyone ever invoiced for a wasted call out as im very tempted on this one due to his attitude? dont suppose would have a leg to stand on in reality.

    thanks for that, i dont have model number to hand but hopefully might just be the brushes then. takes me back to when i started these old logics,great machine.

    turns out hinge has to be unscrewed and pulled out completly then put into the trim one at a time, easy now ive done one!

    so the hinge has to be loosened off then? as it wont lift when bolted on. wish i had the thing in front of me starting to forget the bloody design now!

    sorry didnt make myself clear, door is split but the hinge is connected to the inner trim in such a way i cant see for the life of me how you disconnect it from the trim?? hard to explain but have never seen such a daft design im sure someone must have a knack.

    turned out to be an id card that was blocking the sump hose at the drum end which must have been somewhere in the drum on the first visit, always the way!

    i had some aggresive idiot this morning who thought him parting with money was out of order. his wife explained problem over the phone and i told her all our charges up front so no surprises then when i get there aggresive husband starts doing his nut because ive had to charge him a minimal charge and im only talking 20 quid here so not huge amounts! starts shouting at me and his wife what a great way to start the week!

    interesting toni that you find the directories not so good either, will have to stick with directories to a certain extent but i think the younger generation use google etc more often now. god i sound old!

    i figured it cant hurt and once you have it set up costs are minimal. the person building my site seemed pretty clued up with getting it found on google/yahoo etc. will have to wait and see but i do know my huge costs with yellow pages/thomsons is not getting the work at the mo.
