found a red button next too the 2 main buttons, I assume you mean that one? has continuity but doesn’t click at all?? are the motors a known weak point on these?

nc is 859293415000 model is awod as148. from description on the phone it just keeps pumping but the timer does go down? no anti flood on it from description of the base so any info much appreciated.

i did ask her that but to her knowledge it was only stuff in the kitchin that was affected.

its a bosch one, ended up putting normal hose for time being but its about 60 pounds just seemed a heck of a lot.

im not bothered about losing the work as this is first and last time i have dealt with a bigger firm of estate agents. in 18 years of dealing with agents have never had this problem and because they are a largish outfit it just gets pushed from pillar to post. the annoying thing is i supplied 2 appliances as well as the repair so it stands me in at about 500 pound so its not just my time im owed. i said i will give them till fri otherwise will be making a formal complaint but dont know where to start legally?
