ParticipantRe: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?
there very east to work on
most faults will be the usual … motor/module this prob has cost them a fortune , every 2nd wm one has this fault..
take a note of these part no,s , ive a feeling you will be needing them
1st motor 515020800
2nd module 546089203
these parts fitted on about 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of their new wm,s
dont be tempted to replace module without motor, as you will be back within 2-3 weeksmost other faults are …pump/ door switch or timer selector
and customers who insist on pushing the start button back in to facia
(refit button job done)and thats about it… you may need the diagnotic tools to configure some of the modules..
very easy to fix.. not much training req.. if any
hope this helps..
pps the email we got looks as though there has been coffee spluttered all over the orig document ???
can only assume they must have just took a drink when they got to the servis-quality apppliance bit…lolfunkyboogy

i dont think im alone in saying……………
ITS AN UTTER DISGRACE THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM
SUK
THEIR ADMINISTRATORS
WGS
GB-DAR
OR ANY ONE AT MERLONIYOU WOULD THINK THAT THE VERY PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO GO OUT AND DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS WOULD BE AT LEAST INFORMED ON WHAT TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS..
BUT I SUPPOSE WE ALL KNOW WHAT TYPE OF CONMPANY WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH IN THE 1ST PLACE..

i going to put suk calls on stop again,
we went out and dome some yesterday due to the payment and info received from wgs,
im thankfull for the payment were still down about 40 calls from them ,we also have treid to call them to clarifie who,s proccessing spares requests /and future sb,s -no reply as yet,
so suk calls back on hold for us untill we get some more answers..fb
ps im starting to think someones been spinning wgs a load of s{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}t and its maybe just sunk in with them-hence no one replying to phone calls etcfunkyboogy
ParticipantRe: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?
