Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

just recieved another 14 calls from suk today,
what planet are they on and more importantly whos sending them , thought their staff were all given the boot? ink fish must still be taking the calls pitty nobodys told them that no-ones calling out to the customers at least we arent.

also forgot to mention at last post… been advised not to call anyone @ servis and to call wgs instead, dont know why as wgs are in the dark as well-or so they make out..

Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

we have been told from sarah at wgs that they have been given some info from servis uk on what jobs have benn closed and authorized for payment, and she,s going to email us with what they have received we then to tally it up and email her back with inv,

im not holding my breath for this email???,
shes been told administrators ar ein suk office at birmingham and nothing is moving in or out at the mo which causing abit of hassle,
accoring to he quinto has had the boot along with other sen management,
kevin the it guy is going to be transfered over to wgs as its him who does all the sb reports

wgs will only pay agents who have been working direct with suk , and not gbdar agents etc

Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

office staff (sarah) at white goods servicing has told us when we called today that payments to agents are secure?? and that she has been advised to tell agents that everything is ok with future payments from quinto .

dont know if i believe this , even though she did seem convincing,
is this due to her being fed some spin from servisuk/quinto ??

    who knows??

Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

we got an email last week stating quinto wasnt going to be in this week

    hmmmmmmmmmmm, i wonder why..

i for 1 aint doing any work unless like kwat/brian has said customer needs to pay and claim…only prob with this is most of our calls are
    module/motor failure
both parts will cost roughly £200, cant imagine to many servis customers having that kind of cash lying around.

plus the hassle of actually trying to get the cash of them without spending half an hour explaining to them whats going on…

heard tesco sent them packing a few weeks ago

Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

r.e gb-dar, our work dried up from them april -may this year , they werent able to explain why,
after digging around for a bit , we found out that suk were by-passing gb and calling local repair business,s and asking them to work direct with suk

so we called suk and started working direct with them,

not sticking up for g-b but i think they were clueless for a while and didnt really know what suk were doing.

we took the suk deal as free van stock was part of the working direct for them.

dont know what to do now as we have 20-30 calls lined up this week for suk,

    currently owed about 3 k..

Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

    kinda worried now ,
been doing a bit of work with them, direct with SUK,

they have sold their site in birmingham , logistics been contracted out to a haulage co, call centre now transfered to d&g, and key office staff ie tech etc moved into smaller offices..

hope this streamlining means payments will be ok ??

    Re: save fuel !!!

ive kinda went the other way, as just bought car that ive always wanted,
not the new model i wanted as didnt really have the 50k req,

its only a 4.6 v8 …dont care about saving fuel . as theres nothing better than ridding that v8 wave when you put the boot down.

the autogas that it can run on is only 50 a litre although

    Re: Servis Service

if you ever get a debit note from servis via gb-dar if you look closely you will see that gb-dar are charging £48.00 +vat to servis,

do the math…. we dont waste any time with customer who start mention exchange etc, as i for one aint spending 20-30 mins diagnosing then ordering spares to find out a week later app has been written of…and all this for £16.00

servis must really have a close at this situ, as this happens with every other call-out to a new app,…if you were getting a full rate you would spend the time/effort and advise customer to get app repaired,

also a van stock from servis would drastically reduce exchanges, as app would be fixed 1st visit…

app fixed customer happy ????, no exchange

servis / gbdar are seriously deluded if they think £32.00 is enough ..

we personally fit our servis work in with other calls in the same area as realistically its the only way it is viable, im sure most other agents are the same.

SO TAKE NOTE SERVIS PEOPLE …IF YOU WANT BETTER QUICKER SERVICE…….. NEVER MIND THE CALL CENTERS,
GIVE YOUR AGENTS VAN STOCK AND PAY BETTER RATES…
