    Re: Reviews Online

biggest prob for small business and reviews especially on google is that customers need to have a google account to write you a review , and most will not bother creating an account get a gmail just to leave a review – unless like andy said they want to publish a bad review .

google places – who has one ? who wants one ?

i dont mind doing a workshop at meeting – with moderators permission ..

if all ok – some numbers of members interested would be good .

dont worry if your not internet savy etc or if you dont have a web site – as you dont need to have either.

i can time permitted have members business listed on page 1 google in about 20 minutes ,

and the good news – it wont cost you a penny ..

so if your interested please reply ..

and if you already have a google places .. learn how to optimise it ..

loads of exciting stuff – google places is probaly the most important place for your business but there are plenty of other free sites that come up on page 1 google that you can be on if you know how ..

    Re: The 0800 Thread

were probably of topic andy – so moderators please move/start another thread re social media etc ,,

on thing ive concluded is the nationals cant get the local coverage so i think they use facebook – etc to try and appeal to customers at a more local-personal level. customers may think oh they are on facebook i must know them .. yeh right.

but as we have learned social media for some companies can bite them in the arsss.. re bad comments , i agree with you andy thats its more then likley the seo companies have told xyz company that they need a facebook etc , they probably dont understand the mechanics of the business they are marketing – – yeh great idea we will get you loads of exposure …. xyz company director thinks brilliant cant wait to tell rest of staff ..

i suppose yes it can be good to get negative reviews as this nay show potential customer that we are human and do make mistakes – i suppose its how we deal with them – and if you can articulate negative review outcomes to said potential customers ..

more importantly do we all have the time to monitor social media – reviews etc ??

for the right price i personally would pay a professional but would be very careful about their strategy ..

    Re: customer wants part numbers

worst thing you probably done was isolate faulty parts so appliance would work , i used to do it and got similar problems , especially if its washer dryer etc – customer will just use as a washer. normaly dont bother calling back untill it suits them

if you leave it broke – then cx is always keener to get repaired quicker ..

    http://www.weboffice.com/?adid=webexone … =webexeone

we use this one £4 per month – easlily create custom data base,s etc – we found most out there wasnt really suitable for what we do as we have numerious contracts etc ..

all you do is create your own fields etc …..

bset bit about this you can access – edit anywhere with web access …

    Re: 0800 Repair

    lets see mike

Anyhow £75.00 for next day service and extra if its integrated or a American fridge. Tell me is it a different guy you send for the integrated or American fridge. Does he come with a

gold tool bag small shoulder so he can fit inside the freezer or the American fridge. possible

Do you charge extra if it’s a cold day or have a welly boot surcharge if it’s raining.

they may well do … but what the customer wont get is ……
