beko wm5140w if paddle comes off you have to fit a new complete tub-drum unit ..

what used to be a £3-4 part that customer could replace themselfs has now become a £100 part + 2 hours of labour job …

will the customer want this repair .. dont think so

another one bite the dust ..

Re: How do YOU pronounce it?

yip ive had the Bosch one – you arrive at property usual council scheme with loads of crap in the front garden – you think to your-self if this is Bosch its knock off or they are dealers .

after you navigate the long thin hall-way which is normally littered with usual items – prams – strimmers – and pile of other stuff ordered off tv shopping channel . you arrive at the kitchen … and yes its a beko but hey they think its bosch so i just roll with it .

normally i advise them to call bosch regarding the poor quality and to ask for an extended warranty ..

    double lol ?

    Re: contracts pacifica group

pacifica – think they own or are part of jtm , dont work like jtm luckily , they do work for scot power ..

basicaly if power surge damages any appliance they ask agents to go out and quote for repair ..

weve done a few on full labour and whatever part is , think we started with standard labour – but as we only done a few we chrged full prices ..

they were happy with this …payment no probs ..

ally …cant believe i just said “payment” “jtm” and “no probs” in the same post ….lol

maybe he,s lost his screwdriver or something

ps remember the post on here somewhere about the customer being told to face her washing machine into the sun .. guess what company – franchise the engineer worked for …

i was in the customer next door neighbour couple of weeks ago and got the full story ..

    Re: 0800 Repair

i take they didnt mention that you would enter in to an endless cycle of you owing more in parts than they owe you on labour ..
thus you never receiving any payment

i think there is a part no for extra large tub of ky so they can shaf$$$T you with big screwdriver …
