yeh what he said ….
we received email today asking if any our engineers were going to samsung digital training academy .. ?? bit confusing as to why they want service agents to send engineers away on 3-5 day training if they going to jump .. having said that comet would certainly fill the training room spaces ?
dont know what the service level is with current uk agents – but im pretty sure it will take a very steep nose dive if it goes to comet .. cant see any brand loyality their , no insulation mod kits been fitted – staight exchange i suspect ..
can only thinkthis boils down to £££££££ … comet will have offered to do work at a stupid rate in a desperate atempt to bolster their service network ..

like you say k , it doesnt matter really where the work goes someone – most probally the agent will get the blunt end of some penpushers wisom ..

not to worry we will still have these contracts
teka, caple, de dietrich , rep-caredont know how currys are managing to set up a national network of repairers without anyone getting wind of it ..
strikes me as all smoke and mirrors – as im sure someone on here would have heard of something ..
or maybe they going to hand it over to brit-gas or someone like that ?

yip got to admit you do get the space , but you got to watch out for the cheap lino thats supposed to look like their real wood work tops .. yeah right ..
dont know about anyone else but these new housing developments seem to be housing a new breed of pretentios yuppys ..
they have no landline telephone , cheap 4 wheel drives ( supposed to be rangerovers ) . cheap brown and whitegoods , no bog roll , and will defo not offer coffee etc ..
maybe just me ? lol
