    Hi Dave thanks for reply
.I haven’t seen this oven .I am only going on what customer is telling me.he says the cooling fan has stopped working.he says there is a live feed from selector switch through a stat to the cooling fan and then to timer.when he bridges the stat it starts the cooling fan.so that’s why I thought it might have been a TOC that’s gone .I will have to look at it and see what exactly it is and isn’t doing.
    Thanks

Customer wasn’t used to using machine and it turns out that the program she is using does have a rinse hold function built into it.you learn something new every day and it pays to read the user manual.
    thanks for your help

Looked at this today and found that the compressor ran and fan came on but voltage to fan kept jumping up and down – checked the control panel contacts which were coroded so cleaned them . it seems to be running now .could anything else cause voltage to fan to be erratic.thanks

    Re: Bosch dishwasher

Reed switch can be replaced easily on these without having to replace impellar jug completely if you keep a few in the van and you wont need to order one and call back 😀

    Re: Hotpoint Freezer FZ175

Thanks for reply.this is s freezer only .is that the same as the stsndard ff you are talking about.i will check those bits you suggested.customer did say that the compressor was not hot but not cold either to touch.i presume the multi flow is where the fan is , i just dontdo much with them.thanks
