ParticipantRe: Washing Machine Not Spinning
Hi
An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk with the full model number off the machine rating plate should suffice.
You may find it useful to purchase at the same time a “com stick” to clean the motor commutator 😀Greg

Hi
With the power off, remove motor and check the motor brushes lengths, they should be approx 1.5″ from new to give you an idea.
It may also be worth checking for dry joints on the speed control module/pcb and/or possible on board fuse may have blown IIRC
Please put that back panel on before re-testing for your own safety 😉Greg

ParticipantRe: Neff oven door sealing problem
Hi
Yes you have quoted the correct hinges and you may need the hinge receivers due to age of appliance, please note that there is a part change and the correct number is 172647 for left or right.Greg

Hi
Sounds like you have managed to block the system by transporting it incorrectly and/or you may have dislodged some connections off the compressor itself. Power off if you are to investigate.Greg

ParticipantRe: bosch classixx 1000 spin query
Hi
Shock absorber pack is p/no 448032 available form spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk
A word of warning, the old shocks will require you to drill through the plastic bolt at the top of each to enable removal. The new ones come with bolts to attach them.Unplug appliance if you are to attempt any of the above yourself :plug:

Hi
I suspect that the suspension legs will be in need of exchange.
If you can pop the full model number up off the door or rear of appliance then we can get you the part numbers you need.
That is the most common problem, you could also have a more serious problem. When you open the door, try and see if the drum has play up and down, it should be firm.Greg
