    Hi
If you turn the drum by hand from inside, does it seem to turn with minor force?

    Hi
It sounds as if you have a a problem with either a blocked or faulty water sensor.
If you do a search on here for Whirlpool; which is basically what your machine is, you should be able to find more info 😀

This might help 😀 http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ic&t=24431 and to answer dachwilson, it was not a generic answer but purely to do with the rangemaster grill elements 🙂

Do keep up, dachwilson referred to my last post which was about a Rangemaster in his first post in here, I was merely clarifying :rolls: 😀

The p/no you mentioned does come with instructions but the info online on here is pretty followable for anyone with some technical know how, IMHO.

Martin wrote:Never heard of such thing as differing “heat strengths” between old and new elements, so perhaps I could add my curiosity to yours on this question? 😕

The quote is out of context here. What I had noticed in the rangemaster grill elements if changed singularly will show significant heat strength/glow/un even grilling etc.
The power rating of the elements are the same between old and new but age leads to weakness in heat output of the older element; hence my advice to change the two together, was what I was trying to get across. I thought that would have been obvious to you Martin 😕

I think you are right and if you are it is a fully electronically controlled beast 😮
I would check for obv like earth leake etc on element/s rather then go too deep too soon.
There are PTCs in both ovens FYI.
