    Hi
Do you have a full model number, usually around door inner.
The interlocks on these AFAIR are not dependant on water level so the draining of the filter makes no sense, as it should open after approx 2 mins after power off or end of prog 😕
What I would check is the plastic taps for the hot and cold. They have a tendancy to crack, but simulate turning making you think that the tap valve is open/closed, when it can be the opposite.
Way to check water feed to appliance is to remove hose/s from appliance and aim in bucket, then carefully switch on tap/s and see if you get any water 😀

    Hi
For that money, you will be able to get a reasonable machine.
Some Miele,Siemens and ISE are in that price bracket and will give you excellent quality, reliability and customer support; unlike some other more well known brands for similar or less money.

Re: NEFF cooker not cutting out

    Hi
First knob from left has the thermostat piggy backed onto it. If that is the one you mean the thermostat is p/no 489378 – £17.10 + VAT etc. If its the furthest knob, then thermostat is 488189 – £19.40 + VAT etc, and are available form spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk if required.

Make sure oven is isolated from mains at fuse box before attempting any repairs.

Re: NEFF cooker not cutting out

    Hi
Its more than likely damaged the thermostat.
To go any further, we will need the full model number (around main oven door opening usually) and, will need you to count from left to right the knob that the thermostat is on.

    Cheers

    Holy moley 😯 even Bosch list price is £93.20 +VAT + P&P.
Did he include labour with that £250 aswell as the module?

I would consider using an engineer from the list below, some whom specialise in Bosch, just to confirm IMHO

    Hi
The method of changing the audible signal is the same for all 3 WFK220GB models, as posted above 🙂
You could make sure the door is closed before you attempt the routine 😕
Other than that, Im at a loss :con:
