    Could be OOB in operation. Is the belt reasonably taught as I know it can affect some appliances 😕

    Sent you manual in email, but does not show door reversal.
    Im sure it is possible and its one of the newer types which are a bit tricky.Off the top of my head I can’t remember sorry.

    Miele take some beating even with the carbon brush motor, it s all in the electronics 😉 very clever if you ask me.

    I changed it to On DEFLECTION 😀 not guilty of the current one but does sound very Martin 😆
    I always thought refraction was as light travels from one transparent medium to another and not anything solid 😕

    Depending on what wash she uses, she may not feel heat as the water is lower than the glass until the rinse cycle.
    If there was a heating problem, a fault lamp sequence would become apparent, namely “Ready” and “Active ” lamps would be flashing and the machine would continue the cycle as normal (in cold water) till the end.
