If you look carefully for screws at bottom and one behind soap drawer you just might crack it 😉 If you feel out of your depth please feel free to use the engineer link below.

Get a big torch put it tank close door and look underneath tank 😀 Works for me. You will need time for your eyes to get used to the dark aswell 😆

    Hi Malt
    Not a spare Im afraid.
Most common reasons for porous tanks are knifes falling down whilst loading and clumsy salt replemishment and leaving crystals to stay in contact with tank.
There is a special solder available to enable repair, can’t think for the life of me what it is, Boro will know 😉

    Hi
Can’t give you a blow by blow way of changing element. What I would say is that front panel will come off and heater is at the 6 o clock position.

Please un plug appliance before attempting any repair :plug:

    Hi
That front panel will need detaching from plastic loom protector.
Once gained access and with sump completely drained of water; remove the ribbed hose that goes from metering unit to sump and clean thoroughly.Appliance unplugged of course :plug:

Does the cooling fan come on, blowing above the door of the oven, say after 10 mins?
