    Hi Joker
Are you an engineer in need of Trade Access? as you are advising in the public forum.

If you need access please contact “site admin”.

I think in all fairness you will have to admit defeat and get an engineer in if you desire. Isolate the water and mains to the appliance and use the engineer link below.

    * What is the likely resistance of a good/working element?

    Around 30 ohms

    * With one probe on earth what voltage would I expect to see on either side of the element when I switch on as though I’ve asked it to heat?

We don’t recommend live testing on any appliance. Your ability may be fine but other viewers of this forum may not have the same capability.

As the Penguin mentioned, it could quite easily be the element that has gone and blown the neon and/or thermostat.

Power off before investigating please :zap:

    Hi Bill
When you say it will work when you manually advance timer, does it complete a cycle or just start to make noises as if working?

Its going to be one or more of these- clogged conditioner feed spouts in roof of drawer, low water pressure, conditioner too thick to syphon or syphon unit itself clogged 😀

Resevoir will pull off, but you will need some means of sticking it back down again. Sticky pad strips etc.

Un plug before attempting please. :plug:
