    I have never had a problem because of customer not registering for guarantee. I would tell them to contact BSH customer service in Milton Keynes and ask to speak to Norman Pugh, the service manager.

    You have all the information you need to make your mind up. We have guided you as much as we can.
    The NTC fault is usually immediately shown once a prog is selected and door closed to activate, if that helps.

    How far down does the ice go??
    If its less than 2/3rds from top to bottom, it could be either low refrigerant or weak compressor.
