When you order the pump, order the rear fan, as you will probably find its bonded itself to the motor shaft and you might have to smash it off.
Check before ordering incase it will pull off, but8 out of 10 its bonded with rust.
As always switch off and disconnect appliance :plug: before undertaking any repairs. If in any doubt of ability, please contact repairs@ for a suitable engineer.

Even when you switch it off at the mains???
It must be solar powered. 😆
It should go off after a few seconds, as the power supply discharges.
I would imagine a problem inthe defrost area of the freezer.
Try an engineer at repairs@, to sort it out for you as these frost free are a specialist appliance.

We was quite happy using Quickfinder until one day we couldnt use teh download part to gain diagrams etc. We rang tech guy at Appliance care, said that they werent using Quickfinder anymore and that we had to use Tradeplace.Com.

We are agents for them just to clarify. I take it you are also agents for BSH, please PM me with details of new Quickfinder please.

Miele or Siemens (part of Bosch) are excellent machines. The Bosch come with 2 years parts and labour whilst the Siemens have 5 year parts and labour.
Personally I do not like washer dryers, simply for the inefficiency and the fact that if the appliance breaks down you have technically lost two appliance.

Without rinse aid your 20 year old dishwasher would have to have dried for longer; using more electricity than the modern dishwasher and in the long run would cost more than using rinse aid in todays machines.
