    On a serious note though, I think helo needs sorting.

    Answer to your question is yes but should be below the filters and just above that inspection plate; when in an empty state 😉

    Sounds to me like one of the suspension springs has snapped.
    Unplug appliance, lid off and have a look and report back 😀

    Also crudding up of the ventilation valve (top l/h corner of water matrix)
    and/or metring unit adjacent to that will give you same symptoms 😉

    Errors are shown in LCD 😉

    Hi
    I wouldn’t think Bosch would entertain that propsal IMHO 😕
    The bulb needs to be replaced as it is used to gently warm the fridge interior, in periods of low ambient temperatures.
    This will cause the compressor to cycle and thus give feed to the freezer avoiding a meltdown of your food 😉
