If it was me I would find where the appliance plugs into, ie the socket from the spur and examine the socket and the plugtop for any signs of overheating then move inwards as per helo 😀

Check water feed to appliance, ie – reduced pressure, it maybe down to clogged inlet filter/s, kinked hose or faulty valve.
Also could be a dicky flow meter if above checks out ok 😉Power off if you are to have a bash :plug:

Not if drum was already empty, as the water level sensor would be already be less than level 1 😀
If stopped full of water (you never said on 1st post 😀 ), they may have the Spin turned off thus selecting Rinse Hold 😉Greg
