ParticipantRe: Miele CTD
MORNING PEOPLE!
Did a search for Miele CTD, and found my own old post.
Does anybody know how to put these machines into test mode?
…Goatboy Senior is asking, having spend a day p*ssing around with this appliance.Or fault codes? 2nd & 5th light.
It is heating slightly, but goes into fault after 1 minute.
FANKS

Good thinking. Would explain why it’s dead. It doesn’t look abused…
I’m gonna ring this guy up and ask where he got it from

Oh yes… we have to be very carefull how it is promoted etc.
The walk is 12 miles through the countryside, so most of the people that attend are actual proper walker’s. And the drinking is just a bonus of using the pubs as way-points. We also charge walker’s £10 to register, and the first thing mentioned in our ‘terms and conditions’ is…
This event is organised to raise funds for charity. It’s not just a nice walk or a pub-crawl and we do require all walkers to raise sponsorship for Pendleside Hospice.
Think that helps too. IMHO, maybe the beerwalk needs to rebrand, and return quietly and smaller?
Anyhoo… Dad is good 😛 Stubborn as ever. He’s turning 60 this summer, so he’s down to a 3/4 day week. He spend his weekends rambling around Pendle finding routes for the Pub Walk 😀

Wash-as! That’s how the average customer pronunciates… ’round ‘ere 😛
Cheers for the great replies ppl, but gb senior visited the place last night… it’s a bit beyond me and him. Industrial is an under-statement!!! :eeek: Giant double drummed gas dryers, twice the size of a (normal) man, that will dry 10kg of towels in 30min etc. Proper monster machines!
Ps. I briefly saw a blue badger yesterday on it’s way to the bin

Cheers Martin

It’s actually an old De-Diertrich that Goatboy Senior has been playing with. The model number (lost) found nothing, but he says…
“It’s one of those old Bosch/Hotpoint ones… you know the one!”
:rolls:
I’ll have a chat with him tomorrow and pm you

Bank of Dave? I watched it cringing at the level of dingleness. Walked past it the over day… and it’s still open and thriving 8)
