Thanks for the info, I’ve seen other Samsung heat pump assemblies online but not specifically for this model. This may sound stupid but are they actually all different or could I just swap it for a similar looking system?

I think it’s definitely getting hotter than I ever remember it getting before, when I used to open the door it would be warm but now it’s actually really quite hot, more how I remember my old condenser dryer being.

filters wise, I’ve soaked and scrubbed all the filters both in the door and the black mesh type material from the front of the heat heat exchanger. They were pretty clear anyway but that didn’t make a difference.

when I put my hand in to the face of the heat exchanger it’s hard to tell but all I can feel is warmth.

It seems to me that the hot air isn’t condensing for whatever reason. I have also tested the pump to make sure that works which it does.

any further suggestions?

Thanks for the fast reply Dave, have you ever been successful in changing the hinges and it sorting the problem? The hinges are available from Bosch so if there’s a good chance it’ll sort it I may as well give it a go I just don’t want to go to all the trouble of doing them and then find it still does it because something else is bent.
