The DST fan i ordered was also the wrong one so I called Crosslee today who told me that the wrong motor had been fitted to this machine! its a high speed one from a gas dryer. Have ordered from crossly

Thanks for the reply but I think there is 2 different fans one has a groove in the motor shaft to locate the lugs on the fan the other has’nt i just cross referanced with DST Dvd and as the price is almost double the one I ordererd so thats looks like its the one i need.

Confused? Just did a search on the Masterpart site and the fan I think I want was listed as a Lux part’ Since when did Lux take over Crosslee They came up with a PN DST 50263222007.

Is it just me or is everyone finding that its not only the electronics with Ari/sit, As last month i called to 5 machines all under 2 years old where the bearings had failed. This is why i am loath to replace expensive parts only to get a call back when the bearings go. As I dont advertise anymore most of my customers are referal jobs or old customers and I feel that I am being more honest by advising them to scap the machine and buy a new one The only trouble is what machine can you recomend?

I too remember this flyer from a (Company in Birmingham i think) I tried to change the eproms on 3 ocasions and failed every time. Given up on Idi**it & Ar*?>ton unless its a no pump fault.

I too have had experiances with plastic “Y” pieces, and yesterday I installed a new zan washer which was cold fill only and the old machine was connected with a metal “Y” which went straight in to the tool box. I will show it to my plumbers merchant and ask if he can source some more, If he can I will let you know.

Some Bosch dishwasers use these devices on there soap dispensers dont know if they are sold as seperate item though I think they use the same technolagy as solid state fridge relays PTC?

I once ‘Borrowed’ a copy of the original film I think it was on 16mm. And then had it transferred to 2 in tape and with the arrival of VHS had some copies made (had a relative in the Tely business) for the life of me I cant remember what I did with them But at $1295 a pop I will have a serious think.
