    Finished my last job fri 20th march not going any where now im 66and have been doing this job for 38years this has made me step back and think,this is a good time to think about retiring .but I bet I’ve got the best polished vw van inthe uk

    Sorry i did not make my self clear and wrong forum .ive had a stat fault and it showed water full light on on a previus job awhile ago.the machine is in a very awkward place .condensor box housing dry drainage slot clear.

    I agree with gazmam been in this trade for over 30years,getting worn out and most of the stuff out there is rubbish.estate agent work getting paid is ,like getting blood from a stone.intigrated is ok unless you get one that’s bodged in.if my private pensions were any good ,i would pack in now. But a lot of my customers are great and after working long hours ,it’s hard just to stop.my answer for now is get away in the caravan every three weeks.

    Drum shaft could be broken on one of the arms .bearing housing loose in outer drum.

    take an old pair of tights and run slowly round the in side of the drum in all areas.fingers cannot,alway,s feel this.if it does snag.try avery fine sandpaper.gordy29
