ive had the same problem with the same cooker. i replaced it foc but i find the problem,s are with alot of pattern elements is it the steel rolled thiner as most as steel prices are up with most of it going to india and china

try testing heater after it trips i think this is very similar to the old servis quartz .dos not start to heat afterfill .you can use the old type hotpoint heateras long as you fit toc in heater tube.
