Our team will contact all engineers today to clear up all the outstanding (not completed) jobs and we have contacted all customers to understand whether an engineer has attended.

RE CATA UK SERVICE CALLS
As you are already probably aware, ISDAL called in the administrators yesterday afternoon and this has implications for all concerned.
If you require any information regarding outstanding jobs that you have for Cata please send us an email and we will confirm what the correct course of action should be.

Atag are a Hi end brand in Holland and are now owned by Gorenje.
Little sales in UK and an obscure brand.

Neb was an exclusive own brand imported by B&Q and I would guess that this is a Nardi oven from Italy.
Perhaps others can help you further but these models have been obsolete for many years.

They went bust a long time ago and don’t know if spares are still available.

Static oven is without a fan around the heating element and therefore needs pre-heating before use. Fan ovens are much better but of course cost more and depends on how much you are willing to spend.

Could try Cata EFM60SS at £199.00 or cheapo static oven Cata EOS60SS at £119.00. Both come with a 2 year guarantee and B&Q have them available to take away. Simply to operate and little to go wrong with them.
