I fought with the new hose clamp but finally succeeded.

the original clamp has a inside diameter of 12 mm while the new changable host clamp can start from 12 to 22 mm.
crazy same mm and perfect fit to keep the host in place.
    lets hope it stays good…

Thanks a lot for all support.

Ok , so need to take out the complete hose , hope the other end will stay ok, or do I need to put glue on both ends?

and is this not for Beko to solve? fabrication error?

I took my time and started withou manual, it’s easy to open the top panel.

    the tube that drains the water out, that piece that got loose , i managed it to fix it but not 100 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}

    Main important issue :

I was both happy and shocked why this is the cause:

    https://www.dropbox.com/t/37d3Sxdxd82CIQhv

See photo, is this normal that these kind of hose come out of their place?

I even put it back , fixed it as the one left from it, tested it but with force I could move it.

While the other one I could not move it.

So I did my best to fix it and after not moving anymore while pulling hard, I gave it a try:

maintenance program start, this time: not water on floor from first second, I even saw water in the washing drume, .. and then it happened again: water on floor.

stopped programm, opened the top panel, and same issue appears: the black right hose/tube came loose.

Is this a fabrication error? Will my damage be paid ? (went one time outside to wash all clothes, cost a lot, water loss , time .. ).

    Dear Dave

    Thanks for quick reply.

reason I ask for a manual is also for:

    https://www.dropbox.com/t/dUvh74PR81WbXyEU

zie photo , when I wanted to clean the drain hose , I unclicked a piece that’s now falling behind the wall of the washing machine.

I can’ anymore click it back by pulling the hose towards me.

I checekd again the wasmachine as you asked.
Today I took some time for it.

    see photo:

    https://www.dropbox.com/t/ovRac065aJISve0y

when i lokked at he bottom of the machine it was luckily open and could see water drups comimng from top right.

    all marked bleu is wet.

So I thaught maybe the box that containts the soap has to be cleaned.

After cleaning it and starting the maintenance program, immediately water on floor… .
    So still issue present.

    Hope this info can help.

Will give it a try , I alreay started a test, after I tested the tumble , the pulley does not come near the plastic of the motor.

You mean: belt to te last groove on the pulley? there is not belt on motor.

see picture of the ring, don’t think it’s iron but it’s firm from inside

Dear I replected just now the water pump. I wanted to close all but then I saw:
see picture (pulley is touching the white plastic of the motor)
    https://www.dropbox.com/t/vkXMuZ64DncyPYkM

I remember I had to remove all that was to see , as it was part of the old pully (quote Dave: make sure all residue of the old pulley has gone, see message #3 thread Main motor pulley not sure if this piece is part of it and # 13. ).

maybe I can put that item back in it’s place? Hope I can find it. after removing the plastic arround is it’s little ring. (iron?)

    Dear Dave

see message you send number 8 why try to replace the waterpump.
I don’t use the high tank water as the water goes directly to te house water … .
So I think the water sign will never led up?

I received today the new waterpump, hope to continue end of the week.. .

    Dear Dave

first of all, my sincere apologies, as I really neglected the dryer due to workload and familly.

today my first free day after so long time, I decides to continue to try to fix the dryer.

yes we used the old way to dry our clothes, but this method , gives a lot dust on the clothes. It does has an advantage: less use of eletricity, first time we received some money back from the gas and electrick company :-).

Before I stopped, I did changed the belt that is connected to the fan. but same issue.

Today I took out the waterpump , that mathces the one that you showed me:
    https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/d422207-compatible-tumble-dryer-water-pump

But only difference: mine shows 5 Watt, the on thelink 10 Watt.
or is is save even if the Wattage is higer?

Wel let’s hope this will solve it I think it will be my last replacement.
what is left is to check the brushes , but normally they are ok, or as a last to let a technician fill in the gas (summarizing all that was discussed in this forum).

I ordered the new original belt .

The clothes are getting more difficult to dry , whole day and very wet. . And I found a lot of water in the bottom filter , I took the water out. Even at the door , once opened , I see condens on the surface and water in a space from the filter in front of the trum.

should I check the water pump too ? Of first replace the belt from the van ?

    Dear

To confirm the piece that should be part of previous pulley .
I read in the manual :

In some models, there may be a plastic spacer between the rear bush and the motor. During assembly, take
    care you reposition it correctly.

does this speak about the side where I took out the old pulley ? If yes then chances is that that little piece should be put back , after cleaning it from the plastic melted on it

bear in mind though if its not to spec you cant fix it

    Dave

Dave, so this means that if the belt does not solve the issue, then it’s best to buy a new one? to recharing gas is not possible? by a technician? hmm but replacing base completely , then it’s best to buy a new dryer.. . Will post a new thread which one is best to buy if needed.

the fluff in the heat exchange does not look that bad. Your dryer does not have a heater as its a heat pump system

    Dave

Dave ok, replacing the belt can helpt to give more power tot the fan. will do this first then.

and about cleaning the dus of he heating element, I maybe used to wrong term, but I mean the parts that are fixed and cannot be taken out. in service manual it’s called: capacitor and steamer or Condenser and vaporizer.
