Nothing happens at all – water comes in and some of it drains away but the drum doesn’t move…

Yes, a little water still in. Not the full amount, but definitely some (you can open the door without it spilling out). I’ve checked the filter and the pipe where it drains into the u-bend, and they’re clear.

Thanks for the prompt reply! Is this a straighforward job that I could fix myself or is it best to call for an engineer? I can’t quite make out which bit the part is…

Well, checked the transfer hose (and some other hose) – it wasn’t blocked at all. Don’t know what happened, but it seems to be working now. Maybe it was the shock of being moved/switched off. Anyway, thanks for all the tips and advice.

Re: Electrolux ESI 604 – not filling

Thanks. I’ve removed and cleaned the blue tubes and spout. The machine still doesn’t fill. Is it worth trying the transfer hose? This could be a pain, as obviously it’s an integrated machine, but if there’s a chance it would do the trick, I’ll try it.

    Cheers,
