ParticipantRe: Leak from rear drum of washing machine
Hi Dave,
Thanks for the advice – I’ll take a look for the extra plastic.
Is it correct that something like milliput wouldn’t work in this case? Never used it – just picking up ideas from previous posts I’ve read!
Cheers.

Hope these links work.
Definitely a hole made by a coin but has created a few hairline fractures too.
Could I fix this with some sort of bond I.e. plastaid? Is there anything similar I could pick up straight away at screwfix / B&Q?
Many thanks

PNC is 944 181 154 02 it is AEG.
Yes this is what I was concerned about but I’d hoped that the ohms readings would mean it was still working or at least the parts that typically fail 😳
Is the best thing to do to try it with the replacement bulb?

Thanks for the replies.

It is 6 years old.
I did look at the fan element but it seemed in reasonable shape so I thought it may just be the grill element but obviously I’m not too sure.
Is it worth trying to replace one and seeing if it works? Or just upgrade as much as I can?
Absolutely the oven needs a massive marigold mission and I’ll be right on it tomorrow!
