Will have to offer the customer a few options here I think
Never know what you are going to find untill it is stripped down.
Never actually managed to do one off these as always found the inner drum had cut through the tub :rolls:

    Re: Asko condens dryer overheating

Just had same problem on Maytag version.
Lint filter is a very fine mesh in double layer, looks fine until you hold up to light when found to be blocked. Good scrub under tap soon sorted.
Also the fan can be accessed from front after fan cover is removed. Blades badly fluffed up.Vacuumed out fan chamber and ducting now all working fine.

Re: Servis UK (Antonio Merloni) Bust!?

Wandered around local Curries this afternoon, several Servis washer dryers for sale.
Nice little sticker on the front “Please call on this number to activate your 5 year warranty”
Wonder what the message at the other end is ?

Unless it is a real old one the standard 3 tag creda fan motor will fit you just need to bridge the toc terminals .

    Re: Lambert F85……dishwasher?

It is probably a Newscan Lamber machine, look them up on http://www.newscan.co.uk/.
A google search should bring up more details.
Glasswashers usually use flat bottomed baskets the spiked sort you refer to are for universal plate stacking.
Thing is with fast commercial machines like these they are more plate steralisers as much as wachers and the plates need to be cleaned of food waste before being washed.

So how does this affect ASKO as they manufacture commercial machines for Electrolux Primus and Maytag and form a large part of the 6kg -7kg commercial market

Re: Tea for two……..not on your Nelly!

One good customer always offers me a cup of tea as soon as I walk in the house but have lernt to refuse after the first offer.
Was handed a pint mug with 2 tea bags in it then told sorry dont have any milk or sugar as dont use it myself !
How does one politly dispose of a pint of hot tea thick enought to stand the spoon up in with the customer still in the room chatting to you? 😕

Re: DHL and Their Lifestyle Couriers Grrrrr?

Dont usually have problems with DHL as normal driver is first class and knows where to leave if no one in.
However last week expected a parcel but never arrived.Contacted sender who tracked it and it came us as carded no one at home.Except there was all day and def no card left.
Delivery arrived next day and I just happened to be there.Different driver as normal one on hols.Asked him why not been delivered the on time.He said he had to leave work early and didnt have trime to deliver it!!How come it was carded I asked.
“Oh we are told to show all deliveries we cant get to as carded then the sender cant claim for late delivery”
    The truth comes out !!

Re: HOTPOINT WMA 10 NO SPIN

Doesnt matter what size the load it just wont spin, only takes a single light item to stop it.Seems to be that system is sensing load is out of balance and tries to rebalance but have replaced motor and module with ones out of working machine.Still the same.It has become personal now 😡

Re: HOTPOINT WMA 10 NO SPIN

Run with load no spin, turn off at mains( to preserve program) open door, remove load, spins. 😕 Repeat and replace load no spin!!!
Run up empty with door open spins fine .Throw in a load and it stays spinning 🙄
