ParticipantRe: Bosch WM fabric softener drawer fills with main fill
Just a thought l find replacing the soap box drawer top is a better fix as l have found that the channels do not clear very well and that top is cheap from Qualtex or Connections

ParticipantRe: Electrue Parts
That is how we found out in the first place , it went to a family member who needed the part quickly but the key issue here is, that they are offering this service as part of their service to their clients …..which defeats the whole operation of the service they provide when they are sending out the advertising litter complete with espares pen
There were emails advising us as customers that a lot of dealers up and down the UK were getting the parts sent to their private addresses as so to save on the high cost of the general carriage chages and direct delivery was a cheaper option
We as a company never did this but it makes you think umm!!!

ParticipantRe: Payments – First4Service
That sounds like a JTM excuse and all the rest of the men in suits Mr Twintub It’ll end in tears !!!!

ParticipantRe: Electrue Parts
Yeah Lawrence… They offer the service so that if your out of stock of the parts you can then you use this service
Now we dont expect to see Fridge Magnets and Pen and leaflets extolling the virtues of eSpares in the package also it is a cheaper postage costs to the customer for the one off pieces they might require, and you save on double handing of the said part That was the whole idea to speed things up!!!!
l will complain to Connect on the next time we contact the internal sales team of course the answer will be “oh no we dont do that sort of thing” just remember and beware that they will send advertising material with the packages….jess1ca
ParticipantRe: JTM struggling?
Oh Dear Dear, How the mighty have fallen !!! Zanussi and Electrolux products being repaired the screwdriver brigade You gotta laugh at it coz Electrolux ‘s men in suits think they are so smart… but the youngsters in this trade (if there is one left) do not want to swan around for a pittance that these companies want to pay that also includes the insurance companies ,its only now most of the old timers have said No we are not doing your work for these pathetic rates

You are not alone Grooster It is quiet everywhere… Even our export side of the business is quiet… l think there is a world recession despite all the leaders of industry saying different….

ParticipantRe: DASA membership at all time low?
Me thinks if the fees were really cheap then smaller dealers would be members but the like of 150-200 sobs a year was just not worth it and too expensive… and when the manufacturers we all worked for ,said they were with us and part of the team (what a load of crap that was coz if that were true there would be a lot of younger people in this trade) so poor old DASA were priced out of the market place , and yeah expertcat was worse off

ParticipantRe: DASA membership at all time low?
