    If appliances are under 15 months old Zanussi will generally authorise a Service Force engineer to call and Zanussi will pay for the parts. If you are persistant the labour costs too.

    E85 USUALLY ENTAILS THE RECIRCULATION PUMP OVERHEATING CAUSING THE MAIN PCB TO BLOW.check recirc pump first or you might incurr paying for 2 pcb’s. :

    Is the appliance in an area of low ambient temperature of 10 degree or less If it is it may need a ambient heater fitting to it. The other concern is the smell ! Is it an electrical smell. It is known for the thermal cut-out stats to overheat. These are situated behind the rear panel in the freezer; worth checking !!!Disconnect plug first!!!

    F5 fault code relates to incorrect resistance value on the fridge evaporator sensor. Corresponding readings are at 0= 32.51k ohm, -10=54.89,-20=95.89,-30=173.9k ohm.Readings are taken from the edge connector at the board in the top panel. Hope this helps ❗
