    yes you need a thermal cut out part number 8996619267611. When replacing appliance must be disconnected from the electrical supply.

    These valves are known to jam up replace with part number 1883520100-02

    pressure switch part no.1526370000 should sort out the problem located at the front right hand side (remove r/h panel) for easier access

    If prewash light on the left hand side is flashing this indicates that the child lock is activated. To deactivate press the second and fourth auxiliary function buttons for three seconds

    How old is the appliance. To be honest you would be better calling in Service Force as there are a number of issues that can cause this problem relating to a blockage in the Intergrated Water Management System on the left hand side of the appliance.

    If the wash and drying phase lights are flashing on this model then the following has or may have occured
    a) Leakage from the various connections
    b) Floating sensor blocked mechanically
    c) Float microswitch faulty

    I suggest you get in touch with crossley, advise them of the letter and suggest “they” arrange for a Service Force engineer to call and repair the appliance at their expense. Call customer service on 01422 200660

    Problem is due to faulty sensors (part no. 2147168013) quite a common problem. An alternative supplier was sort by Zannusi so they will be slightly different to the original in appearance.

    You would require two modifications to “solve” this problem. If the IWMS has two valves you would need part No’s 50271495009 & 50275890007
