    Sorry in late reply.The company i deal with have been purchasing containers of various ex catalogue whitegoods,and now have over 40 machines requiring electronic cards.The cards have not got any signs of failure.Once replaced they are not seen again.I have been quoted £52.00 by connect if i ordered 100 they would still be the same price.They are trying to recoup some of their money hence why i posted this question.Soon there are going to be thousands of these out there, out of guarantee,who would want to pay in excess of £100 for a new card when the machine cost was £169.99 !!!

    Thanks,all connection are correct,the customer is quite happy to use it without the display,strange!!

    following on, how important is it to replace the defrost termination sensor from the white cap end to the black end,i have not been able to get back and photo it,Thanks

    The problem is most likely the evaporator thermister situated to the right corner of the freezer behind the covers,yellow in colour.

    Thanks for your advice,on re examining it i found the thermal fuse had gone,Doh !
