    Iv’e had the same on going problem and i just assumed it was over dosing on detergent.

    The thing is everyone is at it nowadays Connect,Qualtex,etc…It just show that margins are so tight they end up down the retail road.

    The WTA letter in the amica pack that i have received today from Lawrence says Bromsgrove near Coventry.

    They are 30 ish miles apart!!

    The highest we get get charged is 1.8{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d},lowest 1.25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and yes where possible we try to get the customer to pay on debit card as it’s only pennies we get charged.

    The £950 figure was based on m/c and full delivery/install.
