    Re: ISE 10 washing machine

I have just taken a call for a machine that we did not supply and they(The customer)would like us to go out.

They are getting a burning smell on a ISE10 and because it is some distance away would like to know more info before i arrive.

You will need to make a small bent metal wire that you can engage on to the hose top,but once recovered you will still need to treat yourself to a new hose.

It would cost a fortune as IPR cases are notoriously difficult to pursue, involve loads of “experts” and usually drag on for months, if not years. So, they cost loads to pursue and defend, you need deep pockets and a lot of patience on either side. The other option of course is that you offer to sell the business to either the pursuing party, who’d save a bundle on legal bills maybe or get a faster result or, you stick it on the open market and see what happens.

Threatening to sell the business as it’s too much hassle may well put a different slant on things. 😉

Of course I’m no solicitor so advice given on that basis and only on my understanding of IPR legislation.

I think you have hit the nail on the head,it appears that no action may be taken against others with the manufactures name included in their website address but for some reason they want to take us to the cleaners 😆

    Yep

I am aware of this thread but was awaiting more info from Jackal 😉 and besides the manufacturer has a reputation of seeing things through to High court 😥

I pushed the ball back inside the hose 😳 It seems to be holding in place now.
Dont know why it rose up out of the hose.
