    The 19t2 comes with two turbine heads,one mini for stairs and the car and the main turbine head for carpets.
    Both great bits of kit but you must make sure your filters are washed to maintain suction through the tools.


    IMO dyson do make the best bagless machine if it’s bagless you want.

    May be the hose is blocked,your cut out won’t be at fault (it’s doing it’s job!)
