    Yep

    Get a large bladed screwdriver 180 degrees apart (starting by the black circle or centre indicator ) and twist/prize off.

    Hi Ken

    We have had a couple so far this year both on vacuum cleaners and both times we made it quite clear to the customer we charge for this service.
    Both paid and we even got a follow up call from the insurer for one quote asking us for further info on who was to blame,Which we were not prepared to do.

    ahhh I have to be honest i misread the original post,i thought Les was after a goo pump for removing water from a pool 😳
    We use the machine mrt one to remove the water from our swimming pool end of season.
