    John,We get this all the time from connect.On a host of spare parts from floorcare to washing machines to cookers,Parts that have been out before with labels on them from espares.buyspares and trade account numbers.
    Being honest we have give up complaining as we just get a stock answer that’s full of BS.

    Likewise,as I try to explain to customers ‘I can’t be repairing if i’m collecting!’.Because they always want it done yesterday!!
    Back to the the OP,we are similar to Don,no Bissell or Vax and will repair anything providing spares are available.Floorcare products do tend to get ‘forgotten’ if our workload on the road is high.

    Do you know,Iv’e slept on this overnight thinking i have seen some sort of info out there and so i opened up my electronic copies of ERT and there it was BINGO!!
    At least it’s something without having to pay for it.
