Since the demise of ISE and the removal of Asko built product sadly, Miele are the only show in town quality wise other than V Zug in the domestic space.
And, even at that Miele seems to be headed down the “cut cost” route as well now.
Over that, Miele’s when they do go wrong are costly. Very.

It’s an old Terim cooker by the look of it so, info is a non-starter and most parts are completely unavailable now.
Time to sell a new one. 😉

I have no clue about the cake thing either and, gotta say, don’t much care as it’s not why I go there.

There’s nothing in those warming drawers, looked at a few of them and all they seem to be is an element in a box basically. Sometimes a fan motor and some funky high stuff but, basic things really, less complex than many ovens.
Getting the damn thing out however… well…

As a service call that’d be a take a motor and switch unit one… no way to be sure till you test it.
But on balance, I’d still reckon the switch unit as the prime suspect.

And just by way of an update…
To end December 2016 Whirlpool have blown $162 million on “corrective action” in relation to these tumble dryers…

The long and short of it is… it’s not advisable to do that and could go horribly wrong quite easily.
You might get away with it but it’s dodgy.

After moving it you should really let it stand overnight, eight hours at least or you may well choke the system and if you do, it’s had it.
