KeymasterThat’s not known to be used on those, they tend to use the wands like this:
https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/kit02601-elica-cooker-hood-wand-control-kit
But, there’s several versions and changes, without that 12NC code it’s impossible to know what it is.

KeymasterAll variants use this one:

Odd belt.

KeymasterNo records found on that model, do you have the serial number etc from the plate?

KeymasterNeed the product code from the rating plate starting 208, there’s at least 12 versions of it.

KeymasterDoug,
I hate to say this but, I really have to and my apologies in advance for the brutality.
Doing work for a “company” that has no details at all, no registration number, no address, no contact of much consequence really throws up more red flags than I can think of.
Dig a little deeper into the domain registration and it just gets worse. Details below but “Redacted for privacy” is, in essence, open to only private registrants to my knowledge so, it ain’t a pukka business and they’re hiding sh1t for a reason. Worse, it’s a .dk registration so, Denmark domain registration operating out an English address… hmmm.. no suss at all, eh?
After that I didn’t even bother to try Companies House as I’d bet dollars to donuts it doesn’t exist there or, not under that name at least.
And that whole Bournemouth thing we’ve all been there before, many times, with many names.

KeymasterThe honest answer I’m not quite sure.
From what I understand you need to fill it with water and basically, wait.

KeymasterAll are this one on an original A42, nothing else after that:

The wok one is changed though, the old one was slightly different, replaced by the one above.

KeymasterOh, that’s why I’m seeing the weirdness I am, I had assumed it was one of the old ones with similar model numbers.
No, there’s no quick fix I’m afraid and I suspect you’re going to need it to be looked at. And, in warranty, no option but to let LG do it.

KeymasterThe sensor will have both functions, level and overfill I’d think.
But could be the heater also, worth checking.
There’s hardly any info anywhere for that model though, including on the factory system for the EU.

KeymasterGiven the age of it and the symptoms, I’d guess the compressor has had it and it’s time for a new one I’m afraid, it’s too expensive a fix to repair and most parts are obsolete now.

KeymasterWell, Hisense did buy them after all. 😉

KeymasterIf it’s upheld/enforced it could help.
If not, then not.
